In which first of all, Rabri is prepared from pure milk. After this, the ice is broken finely by hand with the help of a machine and then put in a Kulhad. After this, after adding light syrup to it, the Rabri is mixed with a spoon. Then many dry fruits are placed on top and given to the customers. In which a flavored sherbet is also added. Due to which this ice has a different fragrance which attracts people and due to this people are drawn towards this ice.
