Kiren Rijiju On Lawyers: The country’s Law Minister Kiren Rijiju has given a statement regarding the lawyers. He has said that there are some big lawyers who take all the big cases and earn crores of rupees from them. They should not occupy that entire space but should also give opportunity to younger lawyers and share cases with others. Supreme Court lawyers can also go to lower courts. After all, court is court.

In a program, he also said that there should be no delay in getting justice. Talking about Supreme Court lawyers, he also said that there are some lawyers whose date comes first and there are some who say that if you give them a case, they will also help you win. There are some lawyers who charge 30 to 40 lakh rupees for a single appearance, while there are some lawyers who do not even have work. The provisions are the same for all.

‘Not able to do justice’

In fact, Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju had arrived in Haryana to attend the 16th National Conference of the All India Advocates Council. Addressing here, he said that there are so many cases pending in the courts. Some lawyers keep asking for dates and there are some who even give them dates. Therefore, the people responsible for giving justice are not capable of giving justice.

All India Advocates Council is organizing its 16th National Convention from 26 to 28 December at Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, Haryana with the theme “75 Years of Resurgent India – The Changing Profile of Law and Justice”. About 5000 lawyers from more than 500 districts of India from Kashmir to Kanyakumari will participate in the conference.
