Curd – 1/2 kg
Milk – 1 cup
Cashew – 5
Almonds – 5
Tutti frutti – 1 tsp
Cream – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup

Curd Lassi Recipe
To make delicious curd lassi, first take a big vessel and put curd in it. After this, churn the curd for 30-40 seconds with the help of a churner. After this, put sugar in the utensil and blend it again with a churner until the sugar becomes homogeneous with the curd. Now add cold milk to the curd and churn it well once again. Do the churning process for 2-3 minutes. With this curd lassi becomes smooth.

Now cut finely pieces of cashews and almonds and take out fresh cream in a bowl. If you want to drink cold lassi, then keep the lassi prepared in the utensil in the fridge for some time to cool down. When the lassi cools down, take out the utensil and pour the lassi into a serving glass. Put fresh cream and chopped dry fruits on it.
