Moringa Paratha Recipe: You must have eaten onion, potato, radish parathas and fenugreek parathas in winters, but have you ever eaten Moringa leaves paratha? Actually, Moringa leaves are made by mixing them in flour and adding salt, onion, chilli, carom seeds etc. If you want to eat something different on the weekend, then you can enjoy Moringa leaves paratha. Its recipe is very easy.

Ingredients for making Drumstick Paratha
Drumstick leaves – 3/4 cup
Spring onions – 1/2 cup chopped
Green chilli – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
Ginger – a piece chopped
Salt – as per taste
Garlic – half teaspoon
Ajwain, Mangrail – half teaspoon
Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
Mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil or Ghee – for frying the parathas
Water

Recipe for making Moringa Paratha (How to make Moringa Paratha at home)
First of all, clean the drumstick leaves thoroughly with water. Take flour in a vessel. Add drumstick leaves to it and mix. Now add chopped green onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, carom seeds, mangrail and mix well. Now add water little by little and knead the dough lightly tight. You can also add a little oil to it so that the paratha becomes soft. After kneading the dough, cover it with a wet cotton cloth and keep it for 15 minutes. Place a pan on the gas stove and heat it. Now take a dough ball and roll it in the shape of a paratha. Place it on the pan and fry it by applying ghee or oil on both sides. If you fry on medium flame, the parathas will not remain raw. Delicious, healthy and nutritious parathas of drumstick leaves are ready. You can eat it with pickle, curd, tomato sauce, coriander chutney etc.
