Usually, as soon as the name of rain comes, there is mention of tea and pakoras. But this time in the rainy season, you should try this dish. You must have eaten this dish a lot in restaurants, but if you want, you can make this simple recipe at home. Let us tell you its recipe.

If you are planning a party at home or want to sit in the balcony and eat something crispy with tea, then crispy corn is a great dish. The best thing is that it is very easy to make. You can make this dish with the help of just a few things. So note down its recipe.

Material
Corn – 200 grams
Cornflour – half a cup

To make spice mix –
Black pepper – half a teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli – half teaspoon
Amchur powder – half teaspoon
Chat masala – as per your choice
Salt – to taste Green onion or red onion to garnish (this is completely optional)
oil for frying

Method : First of all, heat water in a vessel. Add some salt to it. When it starts boiling, add corn kernels to this water and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes. Now separate these corn kernels from the water and put them in a vessel. Pour corn flour over these corn kernels and coat them well. Mix these grains with a spoon in such a way that the corn flour is applied well.

Coat the corn well.

Now heat oil in a pan. Put the coated corn kernels in this oil and fry them slowly. Do not increase the heat too much at this time. Also, keep a plate so that if the grains jump in the hot oil, you can cover them. Now take out the fried corn and pour spice mix on it.

Spice Mix: If you want, you can use light salt and only chaat masala. Apart from this, you can make a masala by mixing dry mango powder, red chili, cumin powder, salt and black pepper and sprinkle it on top and enjoy these crunchy crispy corns with tea.
