Iran coal mine blast: So far 51 people have died in an explosion in a coal mine in Iran. It is being told that this explosion happened due to leakage of methane gas in this coal mine located in eastern Iran. The explosion was so loud that its echo was heard by people far away. So far more than 30 people have died in these attacks. Lebanon has blamed Israel for these explosions. However, Iran has not held any country responsible for the explosion in the coal mine.
According to the report of news agency AP, this explosion took place in a coal mine located in Tabas, about 540 km from Iran’s capital Tehran. The administration has sent emergency and rescue teams to the blast site. The rescue team is engaged in relief and rescue work. It is being told that about 70 people were working in the mine at the time of the explosion. There is still a possibility of 24 people being trapped in the mine.

Provincial Governor Mohammad Javed said that 51 people have died so far in the blasts. While more than 17 people are injured. Iran’s recently elected new President Masoud Pezeshkian, who is preparing to visit New York for the United Nations General Assembly, said that he has ordered all efforts to rescue the trapped people and help their families. He said that an investigation into the incident has begun. He said that whoever is guilty behind this will not be spared under any circumstances.
