Something similar happened with Shadab Johar, resident of Station Road, Madhepura city. Shadab used to work in Paytm in Delhi. After the sudden lockdown, he had to come home. The idea came while watching web series while sitting at home and then I opened ‘The Professor Kitchen Stall’ here. Chicken Momo of The Professor Kitchen has become famous in the entire city today.

Shadab tells that before the lockdown, he used to work in Paytm in Delhi. He also had to come home during Covid. One day he was watching the Money Heist web series at home. Then suddenly this idea came to mind that why not he should also start his own startup. He says that his father is a professor, so people call his father Professor Saheb. After this, he opened ‘The Professor Kitchen Stall’ in the station road of the city in the name of his father who was a professor. Today, most people come to his stall to eat chicken momos.

Special artisans of Sikkim prepare momos.

Shadab told that he has called a special artisan from Sikkim to prepare momos in the professor’s kitchen. The youth who once eat the delicious momos made by the special artisans of Sikkim, come here again and again to eat momos. Veg momos are available here ranging from Rs 30 to Rs 130 and non-veg chicken momos are available ranging from Rs 50 to Rs 150. This has become the best destination for momo lovers.
