More than 250 million people are associated with LIC. To provide better facilities to the customers, LIC has partnered with WhatsApp and has launched a 24*7 interactive service chatbot. Now policy holders can take advantage of LIC related services sitting at home.
To take advantage of LIC services sitting at home, you have to WhatsApp by typing ‘HI’ on 8976862090. After this, you will be sent a list of 11 services from LIC, out of which you will have to choose any one service. Whichever service you choose, you will get its solution or information about it on WhatsApp.

The policy holders who have registered their policy on LIC portal can avail these services through WhatsApp. If you have not registered your policy on the official website, then first of all register it by visiting the website.

Revival campaign running by LIC
LIC’s revival campaign will run from February 1 to March 24, 2023. Under this campaign, you can revive the expired life insurance policy. LIC has also made a tweet in this regard, in which the company said that 25 percent discount has been given in late fee on premium up to 1 lakh, while 25 percent discount will be given to the policyholder on premium up to 3 lakh. Similarly, LIC is giving 30% discount on premium of more than three lakhs.
