Election discussion held with youth in New Delhi

In view of the Lok Sabha elections 2024, Amar Ujala’s election chariot ‘Satta Ka Sangram’ reached New Delhi Lok Sabha constituency on Thursday. Here Amar Ujala, after talking to the people in the ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ program in the morning, held an election discussion with the youth in the afternoon. In this conversation, an attempt was made to know what the youth think about the elections. How much progress has there been from their perspective and how much have things changed? What things will they keep in mind this time when they vote and what are their issues?
Akshay from Jharkhand, who is preparing for civil services in Delhi, said that the government talks about the development of the nation, for this it is important that we should see what our goal is. For the development of the nation, it is necessary that the common people of the country should be prosperous. If we talk about the scenario of India, then the population of youth in the country is high. In such a situation, it has to be seen whether the country is able to capitalize on this opportunity or not. Giving an example, Akshay said that if you have a blazer then you would like to keep it in the wardrobe or you would like to wear it to a party. Similarly, if there is a young population in the country, then its benefit should be taken when needed.
Sharib said that the youth in the country are becoming educated but they are not being used in building the country. Drug addiction is also a problem in some areas of New Delhi. Small children are becoming addicted to it. The biggest culprit in this is the families of those children, then the society and the government. The government is making efforts in this direction but more work still remains to be done. For the development of the country, it is very important to protect the young population from drug addiction.
Saleha said that if we compare the youth of the country and abroad, we find that the youth there are more skilled than us. We keep fighting for basic facilities only. Nowadays religious hatred is being promoted in politics. Politicians are telling the society what is bad but they are not talking about what is good.
