After the end of elections from Hajipur Lok Sabha parliamentary seat in Vaishali, a vehicle carrying EVM hit a youth and two children riding a bike in the Vajragriha built in RN College, Hajipur. After this there was an atmosphere of chaos at the spot. Everyone was admitted to the local hospital for treatment. However, after stopping the vehicle which was running away from the spot, the angry villagers pelted stones at it, in which many policemen also got injured. The incident took place in Faridpur village of Rajapakar police station area. The injured have been identified as Bipul Kumar (20), Ankit (14) and Aditya Kumar (7), elderly residents of Tajpur in Mahua police station area.
Vehicle carrying EVM crushed in Vajgraha
Regarding the incident, local people told that uncle and his two nephews were returning home from the market on a bike. Then a vehicle carrying EVMs crushed them at Vajragrih near Faridpur. All three were seriously injured in this incident. As soon as the incident took place, the local people took the injured to the local hospital for treatment, where when the condition became serious, the doctors referred them to Sadar Hospital Hajipur. Everyone is being treated in Sadar Hospital. Among the injured are two innocent children and a young man.
Angry people pelted stones at the magistrate’s vehicle.
As soon as the incident took place, a crowd immediately gathered at the spot and angry villagers surrounded the magistrate’s vehicle and started pelting stones at it. Many policemen were also injured in this incident. As soon as information about the incident was received, police from several police stations around Rajapakar Samiti reached the spot. Seeing the situation worsening, Mahua SDPO Surabh Suman reached the spot and pacified the people enraged by the incident.
