Lok Sabha Election 2024: West Bengal State Congress President Adhir Ranjan Choudhary has once again attacked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. On Monday (March 12), Adhir Ranjan Choudhary challenged Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to contest and defeat Berhampur Lok Sabha seat in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Not only this, sitting MP from Baharampur Adhir Ranjan Choudhary, apart from Mamata Banerjee, also challenged her nephew Abhishek Banerjee to contest the elections and said that the defeat of the Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate on this Lok Sabha seat will be the defeat of the Chief Minister.

‘TMC’s defeat from here, Mamata Banerjee’s defeat’

Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary said, “I challenge Mamata Banerjee to join the electoral battle from Baharampur and emerge victorious against me. If she herself does not want to contest from here, then she should make her nephew Abhishek Banerjee a candidate from here. “She can use all available resources to ensure victory, whereas I am completely dependent on people’s support. Let’s see who wins. If Congress wins, it will mean the defeat of the TMC supremo.”

TMC has fielded former cricketer Yusuf Pathan from Baharampur seat. Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary has been winning elections from this Muslim majority seat since 1999. Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary also alleged that Mamata Banerjee will never become the Prime Minister. Narendra Modi Will not go against.

The Congress leader also claimed that the main objective of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is to defeat Adhir Ranjan Choudhary at any cost, even if it means BJP’s victory. He said, “TMC’s aim is to defeat Adhir Chaudhary at any cost. Mamata Banerjee has no problem if BJP wins, that is why TMC has made former cricketer Yusuf Pathan a candidate from here,” he said. Lok Sabha ElectionsTMC had won 22 seats, while BJP had surprised everyone by winning 18 seats. The remaining two seats were won by Congress.
