Lok Sabha Elections 2024: In this Lok Sabha election, India Alliance has given a tough fight to NDA. Especially in the Hindi belt states where BJP was expecting more than two thirds of the votes, India Alliance has performed brilliantly. Most of the exit polls of the country were giving very few seats to India Alliance. In such a situation, India Alliance has performed brilliantly by winning 232 seats.

Political stir increased in Delhi

Although the India alliance remained far from the majority figure, but according to sources, they have started the work of placating the NDA parties. Political activities are quite intense in Delhi at this time. A meeting of NDA and India alliance is going to be held here on Wednesday (5 June). Chandrababu Naidu, Nitish Kumar are coming to Delhi to attend the NDA meeting, while Akhilesh Yadav, MK Stalin are coming to Delhi to attend the India alliance meeting.

What was the difference in votes

Out of the 543 Lok Sabha seats in the country, there are many seats where there has been a close contest. The margin of victory on 47 Lok Sabha seats is less than 2%. On the other hand, the margin of victory on 82 Lok Sabha seats is less than 5%.

BJP could not save its stronghold

The condition of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its allies has worsened as much as the opposition party leaders were claiming. The stronghold that BJP had built in Uttar Pradesh after Modi’s arrival in 2014 has completely collapsed in the 2024 elections. Here, BJP lost its political ground in front of the Samajwadi Party-Congress alliance. In Uttar Pradesh, the All India Alliance seems to be winning 43 out of 80 seats. In such a situation, this will be the first time since 2014 that BJP will lose a major election in Uttar Pradesh.

TMC defeated BJP in West Bengal

Bad news is also coming for BJP from West Bengal. BJP could not maintain the spectacular victory it got in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections here. In the current results, TMC can get 30 out of 42 seats here.

Talking about Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party has become the largest party here with 35 seats. Here Congress can get 7 seats and BJP can get 36 seats. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, BJP won 71 seats in UP and in 2019 it won 62 seats.

Big victory of India alliance in UP

According to trends in Uttar Pradesh, Samajwadi Party can become the largest party, according to the trends, Samajwadi Party is leading on 35 seats and Congress is leading on seven seats, due to which BJP can get less than 40 seats. In 2014 and 2019, the party had won 71 and 62 Lok Sabha seats.

The India alliance has also performed well in Rajasthan, Haryana, Bihar and Jharkhand, but the magic of this alliance did not work in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh.

In Rajasthan, BJP can win 14 seats, while All India Alliance can get 11 seats. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, NDA had won all 25 seats here.

Talking about Bihar, NDA has won 31 seats here. All India Alliance has won eight seats, out of which Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has won four seats, Congress two seats and CPI (ML) two seats.

Congress and BJP got equal seats in Haryana

A tough fight was seen between Congress and BJP in Haryana. Out of the 10 Lok Sabha seats in the state, both BJP and Congress won 5 seats each. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP won all the 10 seats in the state. In Jharkhand, India Alliance’s ally Congress won three seats and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) won two seats, while BJP got 8 seats.

BJP did a clean sweep here

NDA 2019 Lok Sabha Elections Like in 2015, NDA has maintained its dominance in Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Delhi and Chhattisgarh. NDA has again done a clean sweep in Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Uttarakhand. Out of 12 seats in Chhattisgarh, BJP won 11 and Congress won one seat.

In Maharashtra, India Alliance has given a big jolt to NDA. Out of 48 seats in the state, NDA has won 17 seats and India Block has won 28 seats.

In Tamil Nadu, the DMK-Congress alliance has won 30 seats. The Communist Party of India won two seats, the Communist Party of India (Marxist) won two seats and Pattali Makkal Katchi, Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK), and the Indian Union Muslim League won one seat each.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday (June 4) claimed that the Prime Minister has lost the moral right to rule. They demanded the PM’s resignation.
