BJP Candidates: The meeting of BJP’s Central Election Committee regarding Lok Sabha elections 2024 continued till late night on Saturday (23 March). According to sources, the names of potential candidates discussed in the meeting held at the BJP headquarters in Delhi include Dharmendra Pradhan, Sambit Patra, Aparajita Sarangi, Atul Garg, Arun Govil, Raghav Lakhanpal and Kunwar Sarvesh Singh.
Who can get ticket from which seat for Lok Sabha elections?
According to sources, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan may get ticket from Sambalpur in Odisha. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra can be made the candidate from Puri. At the same time, the party can again field BJP’s current MP from Bhubaneswar, Aparajita Sarangi, from this seat.
Sources said that names have also been discussed for 10 seats in Uttar Pradesh. BJP can field Atul Garg from Ghaziabad, Arun Govil from Meerut, Raghav Lakhanpal from Saharanpur and Kunwar Sarvesh Singh from Moradabad.
