Re-polling is being conducted at two polling stations in Khagaria. The district administration has made tight security arrangements regarding voting. Voters were seen standing in queue since Friday morning. Where he cast his vote for his favorite candidate. This voting is being conducted in Sahraun village of Beldaur block. Booth number 182 and booth number 183 have been made for this. Along with paramilitary forces, Bihar Police personnel are also present at the polling station.
Voting could not take place after the clash
There was a clash between two parties during the third phase of voting on May 7 in Sahraun village located in Beldaur block of Khagaria district. There was a lot of uproar. It came to light that even EVMs were damaged. Where voting could not be conducted that day. The residents of Sahraun village were boycotting the vote due to their demands. However, on Thursday, top officials of the district administration reached the said village and explained it to the people, after which the villagers agreed to vote.

In this regard, Khagaria DM Amit Kumar Pandey said that the work is being done again at two booths. Voting is being conducted in a peaceful environment. He has appealed to the villagers to exercise their franchise in maximum numbers.
