The youth giving the threat is said to be a supporter of RJD. The young man is seen threatening to vote in favor of RJD and not allowing him to go to the booth if he does not do so. Someone recorded the video of this incident. At the same time, when the district administration got information about this, the police immediately came into action and the accused who made the threat was arrested by the police.
According to the information, a video of Sadhmaaf under Halsi block area of Lakhisarai district is going viral on social media. According to the video, a young man reached the door of a family. Then he started warning to vote only for RJD. The young man is seen requesting first. But after that he started giving warnings. In the video he is saying that we will not let anyone vote then, we are asking to vote on lanterns. We will not tolerate it if you follow someone else’s advice.
In the alleged viral video, the young man is saying that if you leave the lantern and vote for someone else, we will not tolerate it. The young man further said that we are Lalu’s son-in-law… explaining to everyone. We are going holding our feet, but don’t do any wrong at the booth. At the same time, after this everyone is seen reprimanding him and asking whether he has drunk too much.
The youth who issued the threat has been identified as Anil Yadav (28), son of Yogeshwar Yadav, resident of Sadhmaaf. The person who was threatened was identified as Govardhan Yadav. Here, as soon as the video surfaced, the police also became active and arrested the accused youth. In fact, there are various types of discussions among the people regarding the accused youth, some are calling him mentally ill and some are looking at the matter differently by calling him drunk. However, no confirmation has been given by the police regarding the youth yet.
