Lok Sabha Elections 2024 BJP hits back congress over mallikarjun kharge remarks on article 370

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a gathering in Jaipur, Rajasthan on Saturday (April 6). Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) criticized him for this and said that Congress has lost the moral right to remain a political party.

Union Home Minister regarding the statement of Mallikarjun Kharge Amit Shah Reminded the Congress that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and every state and citizen has the right over it, just as the people of Jammu and Kashmir have the right over the rest of the country.

‘Congress has lost the status of being a national party’
At the same time, BJP’s national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said that if any party says that the integration of Kashmir makes no difference to it in other states, then it is clear that the oath taken by everyone for the unity and integrity of the country has to be ignored. There is no respect for Congress. The BJP leader alleged that after Kharge’s comments on Article 370, Congress has almost lost the status of being a national party.

BJP shared Kharge’s clip
PM Modi also responded to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s statement regarding Kashmir. He said that Congress is pained by the removal of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. He does not like the discussion of Kashmir. Party President JP Nadda and other BJP leaders have also shared this clip of Kharge’s speech on social media platform X.
