The campaign for the seventh and final phase of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 ended on Thursday (31, May). Congress’s star campaigner and general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra worked hard for the party during the elections.
Priyanka Gandhi held 108 public meetings and road shows in the last 55 days. Apart from this, she also gave more than 100 interviews to the media. This includes one TV and five newspaper interviews.
Congress said in a statement that Priyanka Gandhi has campaigned in 16 states and one union territory. Priyanka Gandhi responded to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s attacks on the Congress party and his allegations. Her speeches attracted a lot of attention in this election and her style of conversation, gentleness, simplicity and politeness also received a lot of praise from the public.
Priyanka Gandhi concluded her Lok Sabha election campaign with a massive roadshow in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. During her 55-day election campaign, Priyanka also addressed two conferences of thousands of workers in Amethi and Rae Bareli, the strongholds of the Gandhi family.
Giving a boost to the Congress election campaign, the Congress leader held two to three public meetings and road shows every day. The most vigorous campaign was carried out in Rae Bareli and Amethi, where he participated in an average of 8-10 meetings, welcome ceremonies or road shows every day.
In this Lok Sabha election, Priyanka campaigned heavily for the party in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Assam and Tripura. Along with this, she also worked hard for the party in Uttarakhand, Maharashtra and Punjab. Priyanka Gandhi covered the tribal-dominated areas of Jharkhand, Marwar of Rajasthan, Eastern Rajasthan, Jaipur, Raigarh division of Chhattisgarh and Chambal seats of Madhya Pradesh.
