Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘decision’ to step down or not to step down – Delhi HC
The Delhi High Court on Thursday refused to hear a PIL seeking removal of Arvind Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister following his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case related to excise policy. During this, the court said that whether to step down from the post or not is the ‘personal decision’ of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. Many times national interest has to be given priority over personal interest.
