Political turmoil has started for the Lok Sabha elections. On one hand, BJP is preparing strategy for the elections, on the other hand, opposition parties have also started increasing their activities. While SP and Congress are part of the India alliance, BSP has decided to contest the elections alone.
India alliance has not yet opened its cards, but there is a possibility of Rampur Lok Sabha seat going to Congress in the alliance. Talks have started between Congress and SP regarding this. Samajwadi Party is talking about giving 11 seats to Congress in UP, but no consensus has been reached on this yet.
At present, Congress is staking claim on the Rampur seat, in which the name of former MP Begum Nurbano has come into discussion. Seeing this possibility, there is a wave of happiness in the Congress camp. Congress is happy with this, but there is silence in the SP camp.
SP officials refused to say anything on this. Now everyone’s eyes are on the final decision of the alliance.
Whatever is decided by the party will be respected. Elections will be contested only after the orders of the high command. There is enthusiasm among the workers for the elections and everyone is fully prepared. – Begum Nurbano, former MP
The situation is not clear yet. After receiving orders from the party high command, the workers will contest the elections with full hard work for the declared candidate. The party’s order will be universally accepted. There is complete preparation from the party regarding the elections. – Dharmendra Dev Gupta, District President, Congress.
