This time, the charisma of PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and CM Yogi did not work in the electoral battle of BJP on Allahabad seat. The mood of the people of Yamunapar prevailed over the good governance and law and order of Yogi-Modi. This was the reason why Modi magic could not work like in 2014 and 2019. Except for the city south, the victory chariot of BJP stopped in four assembly constituencies of Yamunapar. The strategy of political strategists of seven states to camp assembly wise for more than a fortnight, knocking on the doors of villages day and night, collapsed in front of caste equations.

This time BJP made every effort to score a hat-trick in Allahabad seat which has given personalities like the country’s second PM Lal Bahadur Shastri, VP Singh, Janeshwar Mishra, Amitabh Bachchan. While Modi held a rally in Parade Ground, Home Minister Amit Shah in Meja had made the public agree several times to win the Allahabad seat. Yogi had roared by holding a rally in Karchana.

After bringing Neeraj Tripathi, son of Pandit Keshrinath Tripathi, who was the governor of four states including West Bengal, into politics for the first time, the BJP left no stone unturned in its organisational preparations for victory. For this, more than 25 organisations and government strategists from seven states were given responsibility. In this, the maximum number of 12 leaders were sent to Gujarat.
