Here Amar Ujala interacted with the people regarding the issues related to Lok Sabha elections and got to know their issues. In 2019, Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Dr. Harsh Vardhan had won from Chandni Chowk. This time BJP has expressed confidence in Praveen Khandelwal by canceling his ticket. At the same time, JP Aggarwal is in the fray as the candidate of Aam Aadmi Party and Congress alliance.
Sarika Srivastava said, no BJP candidate stands in the Lok Sabha elections just to get some benefit. Dr. Harsh Vardhan is a good leader. He did many works here. Regarding development, he said that the entire Delhi knows the condition that Kejriwal has left in Chandni Chowk. He said that when JP Aggarwal went to file his nomination, even his workers were not present there. This shows how beloved you are among the public. If you see Pradeep Khandelwal today, you will not feel that he is a new candidate.
Delhi resident BB Sharma said that people know JP Aggarwal in every household here. Somewhere or the other, they will come across acquaintances in every street. Regarding the cancellation of Harshvardhan’s ticket, he said that during the time of Corona, our entire country was facing problems and despite being a doctor, Dr. Harshvardhan was sitting at home peeling peas. Earlier, he was also the Health Minister in Delhi Government, yet he did not help anyone during Corona. He said that development is taking place in Chandni Chowk. Aam Aadmi Party is contesting the elections on the basis of good governance and development.
Another person present there said, ‘PM Modi did not do any work in Delhi. He has worked only in Gujarat. Loans of industrialists were waived off in Gujarat, work on Bullet Train, meeting of scientists all happened in Gujarat only. PM Modi does not say a single word on education, unemployment and inflation and when the opposition talks about debate, he runs away abroad. PM Modi only speaks, does nothing. PM Modi has only sold the country in ten years.
