Baker Morgan, a retiree, has been a four-time indoor rowing world champion. He himself says that he started regular exercise only after the age of 73.

Scientists say that Morgan’s daily exercise is not always the same. There is a change in intensity in this. 70 percent of them are easy, 20 percent are difficult while only 10 percent require a lot of effort. Researchers say that it is very beneficial. Whereas high protein diet does not leave any nutritional deficiency in their body.
