First a mixture of cheese, cabbage, onion, capsicum, carrot, ginger, butter paste, tomato sauce, chili sauce etc. is prepared. After this, special Paneer Momo is prepared from this mixture. Taste of fast food has persisted for 50 years
Talking to Local 18 Bihar, Director Prakash Bhagat says that Haridwar fast food stall was started by his grandfather Haridwar ji. He has a stall at Haridwar Chowk in Murliganj for almost 50 years. Apart from momo, litti, samosa, sweets, jalebi, chowmein and burger are also prepared here.
Prakash Bhagat told that expert artisans have been specially called from Sikkim to prepare Paneer Momo. Due to it being delicious, 200 plates are easily sold every day. According to Prakash, apart from Murliganj, people from Kumarkhand, Madhepura and Supaul districts also come here to eat fast food. Here a plate of Paneer Momo is served for Rs 80.
