Ajay Nishad, the operator of South Indian Breakfast Centre, said that he is a resident of Balodabazar district of Chhattisgarh. His in-laws live in Raipur. He has not worked in any hotel before and used to prepare breakfast at home. As people started liking his breakfast, he opened a shop in his in-laws’ place i.e. Saddu area of ​​Raipur on the insistence of people. Here, South Indian items include idli, dosa, sambhar vada, which taste very good. Apart from this, chole bhature, paratha, pav bhaji, burger and sandwich are available. Idli is 30 rupees per plate, in which 3 pieces of idli and three types of chutney are given.

Earning two and a half thousand rupees daily
Sambar vada is 3 pieces for 30 rupees per plate, you will get many varieties of dosa. The price of which ranges from 50 rupees to 100 rupees. Masala dosa is 50 rupees, special onion dosa is 60 rupees. Special cheese dosa is 70 rupees and Chinese dosa is priced at 100 rupees per plate. 2 pieces of chole bhature for 40 rupees, 2 pieces of aloo paratha for 50 rupees, chole ki sabzi and curd are served with chole bhature and paratha. The shop is open from 6:30 am to 1 pm. Most of the people who come here eat South Indian breakfast with great relish. After deducting expenses, they earn a net profit of 2500 rupees daily and 5000 rupees on Sundays.
