Guidelines have been issued for mutual transfer of teachers within the district in council schools of Uttar Pradesh. Along with this, teachers have also started searching for other teachers to form a pair. Since no arrangement is made for this at the department level, they have to put in a lot of effort to find a match.

Teachers say that they have to face a lot of trouble to make pairs. At times, bargaining has to be done regarding this. Because there is no such system at the department level to get information about which other teachers are interested or applicants for transfer. Whereas for mutual transfer from one district to another, teachers enter their names, mobile numbers and schools.
When the website opens for pairing, it is visible to the applicant also. In such a situation, the Basic Education Department should make such arrangements on its portal itself that information about teachers willing for mutual transfer within the district is available online. By doing this, teachers can get relief from this difficulty. Teachers organizations can also take initiative for this. By doing this, teachers can get relief from both mental and financial problems.
Update details of teachers up to 10
The Basic Education Department has also intensified preparations for mutual transfer. Basic Education Council Secretary Surendra Tiwari has instructed all BSAs to update the details of teachers’ names, date of birth, mobile number, appointment date etc. by January 10. He has said that the process and timetable for mutual transfer will be released separately soon.
Principal Secretary of Basic Education Department, Dr. MKM Sundaram said that this time the process related to transfer has started, necessary guidelines have been issued for this. It will be our endeavor that next time the information related to pairing is also available online, separate arrangements will be made for this.
State President of Uttar Pradesh Primary Teachers Association, Dr. Dinesh Chandra Sharma said that at the organizational level, we give information about teachers willing to be transferred to the district and block level. The department should also make such arrangements on the transfer portal or at the BSA level that teachers do not have to wander.
