Medium Machine Gun (MMG) Mag Gun made in Kanpur’s Ordnance Factory Small Arms Factory (SAF) will be exported to Europe. Companies of European countries have liked this machine gun very much. The factory has received the biggest order till date. About two thousand guns will be made and sent. This order has to be completed in three years. MMG fires one thousand bullets in a minute.
At the same time, the Ordnance Factory has also made a new record in the production of weapons this year. For the first time, production was done worth more than two hundred crores. The Mag Gun made in the Small Arms Factory, a unit of Advanced Weapons Equipment India Limited, is currently the most preferred weapon of the three armies. It is already being used in tanks, helicopters, and naval warships. Now this medium machine gun has been liked by companies of European countries.
