On June 11, a massive brawl broke out at Delhi’s Aryabhatta College for calling Nikhil Chauhan’s female friend as sister-in-law. In this quarrel, more than 40 students had scuffled with each other. Nikhil and his associates attacked Hrithik, Anshu and Rahul’s group. Nikhil was murdered as a result of the revenge of this quarrel. One of the accused had stabbed him in the chest. The South Campus police station has arrested the killers Rahul and Haroon. The police is looking for five of his absconding accomplices.

According to South-Western District Police officials, Nikhil Chauhan, a resident of Paschim Vihar, a BA (Honours, Political Science) student of the School of Open Learning, was stabbed to death in front of Aryabhatta College on Sunday morning. The knife hit Nikhil’s chest and went till his heart. This punctured his heart. After registering a case of murder, the team of SI Vivek Singh, Havaldar Pradeep, Bhagirath, Ashkaran and Constable Satinder started the investigation under the supervision of South Campus Police Officer Naresh Kumar. After investigation, the team arrested two accused Rahul, a resident of Bindapur and Harun, a resident of Part-1, Chanakyapuri, on Sunday night. Rahul is pursuing BA and his father has a grocery shop. Haroon, who dropped out of studies, used to work in a factory in Nilothi.
