Butter should not be hard. Therefore, take out the butter from the fridge and soften it, then add a cup of powdered sugar to it and mix it well. Mix powdered sugar with butter. This mixture should be soft like a cake. Sift the flour in a cup in the same plate and mix it well. Knead this dough.
