It causes many types of damage to health. In such a situation, ragi cake can be a great option for children. This cake is being prepared by the women of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand.

This special cake is made from ragi
At the European Fair in Ranchi, Sonali tells that they are preparing this cake by hand in their homes. Its biggest specialty is that it uses ragi, which has a high amount of fiber and we do not use sugar in it. Instead, jaggery is used in its place. It is number one in both health and taste.

Easy recipe of Ragi Cake
Sonali tells that to make ragi cake, first of all you have to take ragi flour. Sieve it. After that you have to add four tablespoons of refined oil in one cup of flour. Then you can add some chocolate powder to it. Then add jaggery paste and a little baking soda and mix it well. If you eat eggs, then you can add one or two eggs. Apart from this, add one cup of pure desi cow milk to it. Keep in mind that you have to keep mixing it with your hands for at least 25 minutes and you have to mix it in one direction only. This makes it swell very well and then put it in a steamer or oven to bake it.

Ranchi’s well-known Ayurvedic doctor VK Pandey told Local 18 that ragi cake is a very good option for children. Due to the high amount of fiber in it, it is a panacea for the stomach. Also, it contains iron, potassium and zinc in abundance. Hemoglobin increases. Obesity is also controlled.
