Ingredients to make Moong Dal Pakora
Moong Dal (without skin) – 1 cup
Coriander seeds crushed – 1 tsp
Black peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to make Moong Dal Pakora
To make moong dal pakoda, first clean and wash the moong dal and then soak it in water for 2 hours. After this, coarsely crush whole coriander and black pepper. After this cut the green chillies into fine pieces. After the fixed time, put the soaked moong dal in a strainer and let the excess water drain out. After this, put lentils and green chilies in the mixer and grind them to make a coarse paste. Keep in mind that do not make very smooth paste of dal.

Now put the prepared paste in a deep bowl and add coriander seeds, coarsely ground black pepper and mix. After this add salt as per taste and mix. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, take a little of the prepared mixture in your hands and make pakoras and put them in the pan. Now fry the pakoras till they become golden and crispy from both the sides.
