Ingredients for making crispy bhindi
Bhindi – 250 grams
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Crispy Bhindi Recipe
To make crispy bhindi, first wash the bhindi and then wipe it with cotton cloth after drying. Now cut the bhindi into big pieces and remove the seeds inside it. Now put the pieces of okra in a vessel and add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, cumin powder and chaat masala to it and mix it well with okra. After this add one spoon of lemon juice and salt as per taste to the bhindi.

Now keep the bhindi aside for 10 minutes to marinate. After this add gram flour and rice flour to the lady finger and mix well, so that the lady finger pieces are properly coated with gram flour and rice flour. Then put 2 spoons of oil in the vessel containing bhindi and slowly and slowly coat the bhindi with the spices. Keep in mind that do not add water to the bhindi at all, otherwise the bhindi will become sticky.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put the coated bhindi pieces in the pan and let them deep fry. Let the lady finger pieces fry for some time. Keep stirring and turning the bhindi in between. During this, keep the gas flame on medium only. Fry the bhindi till it becomes crisp and golden. After this take it out in a plate. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala over the crispy bhindi and serve with lunch or dinner.
