Make dal kachori like this, people will not forget the taste for years, know the easy recipe


Lentil Kachori: In India, various types of dishes are made on festivals. Here, kachori is also made on some special occasions. Although kachori is made in many ways. But today we are going to tell you about a kachori recipe, in which lentils are filled. In some places, kachori is made by filling it with urad dal, in some places with moong dal and in some places with chana dal. In the villages and towns of Central Uttar Pradesh and Purvanchal, there is also a trend of making Bedvi roti (lentil stuffed roti) at home.

Ingredients for Chana Dal Kachori

Half cup soaked Bengal gram dal
Salt
Two cups of flour
a spoon list
One teaspoon ghee
Celery
turmeric powder
Chilli Powder
coriander powder
green coriander
Green chilly
Oil

Chana dal kachori mixture

step 1- Add some salt to the soaked gram lentils and cook in an open vessel on medium flame for 40 minutes.

Step 2- When the water of the lentils dries up, add a spoon of ghee in the pan and fry the lentils.

Step 3- Add some celery, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and salt to the lentils.

Step 4- Apart from this, you can add finely chopped coriander and green chillies.

Step 5- Mix all the ingredients and mash the lentils well while roasting them.

Method for making Kachori

step 1– Mix one spoon semolina, one spoon ghee, little salt in the flour and knead it.

Step 2- Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.

Step 3- When the lentil mixture cools down, take a slightly bigger dough ball and fill the stuffing in it.

Step 4- Give it a puri-like shape and roll it into small kachoris.

Step 5- Heat oil in a pan and fry the puri in it until the puri puffs up and becomes crispy

Chana dal kachori is ready, you can eat it with mango juice or chutney.
