How to make frozen veggie fingers Recipe: Often it is difficult to understand what snacks to serve to the guests along with tea. Material-
– 2 tbsp oil
– ½ onion (finely chopped)
– 2 chillies (finely chopped)
– 1 carrot (chopped)
– 3 tbsp sweet corn
– 3 tbsp peas
– ½ capsicum (chopped)
– 2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
– ½ tsp chilli powder
– ½ tsp cumin powder
– ½ tsp garam masala
– ½ tsp black pepper powder
– ½ tsp chaat masala
– ½ tsp chilli flakes
– ½ tsp mixed herbs
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ cup breadcrumbs
– ¾ cup corn flour
– ¼ cup flour
– ¼ tsp black pepper powder
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¾ cup water
– Breadcrumbs (for coating)
– Oil (for frying)
Method of preparation: First of all, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add onion and chilli and cook until soft. Now add carrots, sweet corn, peas and capsicum and fry these vegetables. Let the mixture cool. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, chaat masala, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt and mix well.

Now prepare a soft dough by adding breadcrumbs. Now to make the batter, add ¾ cup corn flour, ¼ cup all-purpose flour, ¼ tsp black pepper powder and salt in a bowl. Prepare a smooth batter by adding ¾ cup water to it.
Now make the vegetable mixture in the shape of fingers and first dip it in corn flour solution and then coat with breadcrumbs. If you want to serve immediately, then deep fry it or fill it in a zip lock bag and store it in the refrigerator. These will remain good for 2 months.
