Material-
1 cup gram flour
1 cup water
1/4 cup spoon
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Oil (for frying)
Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins) – chopped

Method: First of all, put gram flour and water in a large vessel and prepare a smooth thick solution. If you want, you can add orange color to it. The solution should be such that there are no lumps. Now put 1/2 cup water and sugar in a small vessel and put it in a pan and let it boil well. When the sugar dissolves completely and the syrup becomes thick, remove the pan from the flame and add cardamom powder.

Now place a pan on the gas and heat oil in it. Now take a sieve or a spoon with a large strainer to make boondi and keep it at the level of oil. Pour the gram flour mixture on this spoon. The gram flour will be sieved and drip in the hot oil in the shape of boondi. Now slowly fry the boondi evenly. When they become golden and crispy, carefully take them out of the oil with the help of a sieve.
