Ingredients to make Masala Cashew
Cashew – 1 cup
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee/butter – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Masala Cashew Recipe
Select good quality whole cashews to make Roasted Masala Cashews rich in flavor. After this, put desi ghee or butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the ghee melts, slow down the flame and add cashews to the hot ghee. Now with the help of a small spoon, stir the cashews and keep roasting for 4-5 minutes. Roast the cashews till they turn golden brown from all the sides and become crisp. After this, turn off the gas and take out the cashews in a bowl.
After this, add turmeric, red chili powder, black pepper powder and salt as per taste to the cashews and mix well to coat it. After this, take out the roasted cashews on a plate over a paper napkin, so that the napkin absorbs the extra oil of the cashews. After this, let the Roasted Masala Cashews cool down completely.
