Dal – 1 bowl left
Onion – half cup
Tomato – half cup
Cucumber – half cup
Green chili – 1 chopped
coriander leaves – finely chopped
Chili flakes – half teaspoon
Cheese slices – 2
Organo – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

Dal Sandwich Recipe
First take two slices of bread. Cook the remaining dal of the night by adding ghee in a pan, so that it becomes thick like a paste. Mix chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice in it and keep it aside. Apply a layer of lentils on the bread slices properly. Now finely chop onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, coriander leaves etc. Put onion, then tomato, cucumber one by one on the bread slices smeared with lentils. Put green chillies and chopped coriander leaves on top.

Put cheese slices on top of it. If you want, you can also put salt on top of the vegetables as per taste. By the way, there will be salt in the lentils, so even if you don’t add it, it will be fine. Sprinkle chili flakes, oregano on top. Now place another bread slice and press it well. Keep the pan on the gas stove. Add butter to it. Now put the sandwich and roast it from both the sides.
