Ingredients to make Poha Barfi
To make Poha Burfi, take Poha 250 grams, Milk 1 liter, Jaggery 250 grams, 50 grams chopped cashews, 8-10 green cardamom powder, desi ghee 50 grams, water as required, tray and a plastic sheet.

Poha Barfi Recipe
To make Poha Burfi, first of all, put the milk in a pan on the gas to heat it. On the other hand, put some water in the jaggery and keep it to melt. Clean the poha until the jaggery dissolves in water and put it in milk. Now cook the poha in milk until the poha dissolves well in the milk and becomes like a paste. Now add jaggery solution to milk and poha paste and keep stirring it well.

Then when this paste starts getting thick, then mix chopped cashews and cardamom powder in it. After this, after mixing ghee in it, turn off the gas.
