How to make gourd lodge
While talking to Local 18, Shalu, the girl who makes sweets, said that to make gourd lodge, first of all take cow’s milk and pour it in a pan and extract its mawa. After that, take bottle gourd, wash it thoroughly, peel it and rub it in a grater. After that wash it again in water and put it in a pan to cook. Add sugar in the amount of gourd taken and mix both and cook till done.
Till it starts to stick to the vessel like bad, after that add mawa as per taste and mix well. You can also use dry fruits. After mixing everything, take a vessel and apply desi ghee in it to set it. After this you can do cutting of sweets. After half an hour your sweet is completely ready to eat.
