Prepare dough for Kulcha like this
First of all, take two cups of wheat flour. Then add two teaspoons baking powder in it. Add a little salt and one and a half teaspoon sugar. Then add two tablespoons curd and one tablespoon oil. Take lukewarm water and add about half a cup of water and knead it soft. Apply oil to this dough and leave it for half an hour.
Prepare for stuffing like this
About 200 grams grated cheese. Add finely chopped onion, carrot, green chilli, ginger and a little coriander to it. Add salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and spices as per your choice.

– Make a ball out of the most kneaded dough and spread it with hands.
Then we will fill it with cheese stuffing.
Then add lightly chopped coriander and nigella seeds on top of it.
Now we will roll this kulcha with a rolling pin, although it should not be made very thin.
– To bake Kulcha, first heat the pan thoroughly.
– Then sprinkle a little water in it and add kulcha.
Now immediately cover it and cook it after about five minutes, then turn it over.
