So to solve this problem of breakfast, today we are going to tell you the recipe of easy poha recipe. The taste of Indori Poha is liked in every corner of the country. Here we will tell you how to make perfect Indori Poha in just 10 minutes. After eating this, everyone will not get tired of praising the taste of your hands.

1 cup thick poha (not flat poha)
1/2 cup boiled potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, coarsely ground
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 inch ginger, grated
1/2 tsp mustard
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 cup oil
salt as per taste
lemon slices

Soak poha in water for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin and asafoetida and fry for 30 seconds.
Add onion, green chilli and ginger and fry until golden.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and salt and fry for 2 minutes.
Add potatoes and chaat masala and mix well.
Squeeze the poha from water and put it in the pan.
Add garam masala and roasted peanuts.
Cook for 2 minutes and add green coriander.
Serve hot with lemon slices.
