Make these 5 quick recipes in just 15 minutes in one pot

So you also try these best dishes-

Veg Pulao
Heat 2 tsp oil in the cooker. Add 1 bay leaf, 1 inch cinnamon, 4 cloves, 4 black pepper and 1 tsp cumin. Fry for few seconds.
Now put 2 chopped onions in the cooker and fry till it becomes golden.
Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few seconds.
Add 1 finely chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft.
Now add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and salt as per taste.
In vegetables, use 2 big cut potatoes, ½ cup peas, ½ cup cauliflower florets, ¼ cup chopped beans and 1 chopped carrot.
Pour 2 cups of water in the cooker and mix it.
Finally add 1 cup of rice, stir and cover with a lid.
Pressure cook till 2 whistles and let the pressure release on its own.
Finally add coriander leaves and your pulao is now ready to serve.

Vegetable Vermicelli
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker.
Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chili and 10-12 curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
Now add 1 chopped onion and fry it for a minute.
Also add more chopped vegetables like 1 carrot, 10 green beans, ¼ cup cauliflower florets and ¼ cup peas along with ½ tsp red chili powder.
Fry the vegetables with spices for about two minutes.
Now put 1 cup of roasted vermicelli and 1.5 cup of water in the cooker.
Cook till only 1 whistle and let the pressure release on its own.
Your dish is now ready to serve.

Gujarati Khichdi
Soak ½ cup oatmeal and ¼ cup urad dal in a bowl for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp ghee in a cooker. Add 1 tsp mustard seeds, 10 curry leaves, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 1 dry red chili and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and fry for half a minute.
Remove water from soaked oatmeal and urad dal. Put both in the cooker.
Spices like ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili powder and salt to taste
Now add chopped vegetables like ½ carrot, ½ potato and 3 tbsp peas.
Put 3 cups of water in the cooker and turn it on.
Cover the cooker with a lid and cook in a pressure cooker on medium heat till 3-4 whistles.
Once cooked, add ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander.
Your khichdi is now ready to serve.

veg pasta
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 4-5 crushed garlic and cloves along with 1 chopped onion. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Now add 2 tbsp pasta sauce and 2 tbsp water. Mix it up.
Add 1 cup pasta and 1/4 cup corn to the pan. Also add salt as per taste.
Pour 2 cups of boiling water into the pan, stir and cover with a lid.
Let the pasta cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add 1 piece of capsicum and some grated paneer as per taste in the pan.
If it seems a bit dry, add ¼ cup boiling water.
Cook for 3-4 more minutes.
Season the pasta with black pepper powder, oregano and chili flakes.
Cook for one more minute and turn off the flame.

Chicken Rice
Put 500 grams of boneless chicken in a bowl. Add ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 3 tbsp curd and salt as per taste.
Mix well and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a vessel. Place the marinated chicken in it and fry till it turns golden brown from both the sides. After cooking, take out the chicken pieces.
Add 1 more tablespoon of oil in the same oil. Add 2 star anise, 2 bay leaves and 1 inch cinnamon.
Now add 2 chopped onions and fry till golden brown. Also add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste and stir.
Put the cooked chicken pieces in the vessel and mix.
Now is the time to add spices like 1 tbsp coriander powder and ½ tsp garam masala.
Add 100 ml coconut milk and 100 ml water to the vessel and stir.
Add salt as per taste and let it boil.
When it starts boiling, add 2 cups of rice and mix it.
Cover the vessel with a lid and let it cook for 10-12 minutes or till the rice is completely cooked.
After cooking, garnish the dish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
