Ingredients for Veg Soya Keema

– Soya chunks – 1-2 cups
– Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
– Curd – 1 cup
– Cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
– Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
– Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
– Finely chopped garlic – 2 cloves
– Cinnamon- 1 piece
– Cloves- 3-4
– Cardamom- 2-3
– Tomato- 1-2 cups
– Ginger paste- 2 spoons
– Chopped green chillies – 2
– Chopped coriander – 2 teaspoons
– Finely chopped onion-2
– Ghee- 2 spoons
– Salt- as per taste

Easy way to make Veg Soya Keema

To make Veg Soya Keema Recipe at home, first boil the soya chunks. After this, add a little salt to the boiled soya chunks. When the salt becomes soft after mixing it, turn off the gas. Now take out the soya chunks and grind them in a mixer. After this, take a pan, heat oil in it, add cumin seeds and cook it lightly. When the spices are cooked properly, add garlic, chilli, onion and let it cook well in the spice paste. Now add ginger paste to this spice.

When the masala is cooked well in the pan, add tomatoes to it. Now add necessary spices to this paste and let it cook on low flame. When oil starts coming out from the spices in the pan, add soya chunks to it and also add curd on top of it. Now add salt as per your taste. Now cover the soya chunks and let it cook on low flame for at least 10-12 minutes. Now your Veg Soya Keema recipe is ready, you can serve it with maize roti, bajra roti or wheat roti.
