Balanced diet is very important to keep the body healthy

Which contains a mixture of protein, carbohydrates, calcium, minerals and fat. Due to which every part of the body gets proper nutrition. He told that calcium has been called Amrit in Ayurveda.

You can use them as an excellent source of calcium
He told that as a source of calcium, people use gram, ragi, millet, cow’s milk, asparagus, ashwagandha and all the dry fruits like walnuts, cashews, almonds are all excellent sources of calcium. He told that ragi contains phytochemicals, which slows down digestion. Due to this, the glucose of food also reaches the blood slowly. Due to which blood sugar remains under control. Halwa and roti prepared from ragi are an excellent diet for diabetic patients. Doctors have advised to consume ragi even if there is a lack of blood in the body. It is very helpful in curing anemia and ragi also contains iron. Which increases the production of red blood cells. This also helps in removing weakness and fatigue.
