Ingredients to make Makhana Dosa
Makhana – 2 bowls
Potato – 2-3
Cumin – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3-4
Green coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Desi ghee – 1/2 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste
Makhana Dosa Recipe
To make nutrition-rich Masala Dosa, first of all, put Makhana in water and soak it for 15-20 minutes. After this, take it out of the water and shift it in a mixer jar. Now mix finely green chilies, green coriander, black pepper and salt as per taste, add some water and grind it. It has to be grinded until a smooth thick solution is prepared. After this, take out the prepared solution in a vessel.
Now add 1/2 tsp desi ghee to the prepared batter and whisk it well for 1-2 minutes. After this, cover the vessel with the solution and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them in a vessel. Now put some oil in a pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin and green chillies and fry. After some time add mashed potatoes and cook. Put green coriander leaves on top as well.

After this take a nonstick pan/griddle and heat it. After the tawa is hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. After this, take the batter in a bowl and pour it in the center of the griddle and spread the dosa. After roasting for some time, flip the dosa and roast it on the other side by applying oil. Fry the dosa till it turns golden brown from both the sides. After this take out the dosa in a plate.
Now place the potato stuffing in the center of the prepared dosa and close the dosa. Similarly, prepare all the Makhana Dosa one by one. Serve Makhana Dosa with morning breakfast or day time snacks. Apart from being very tasty, it will also be healthy.
