Potatoes boiled – 4
Paneer – 250 grams
Tomato – 2
Onion chopped – 3
Malai/Cream – 250 ml
Flour – 50 grams
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Kitchen king masala – 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander – 1 tbsp
Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Cashew – 1 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Cashew paste – 50 grams
Milk – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Malai Kofta Recipe
To make Malai Kofta full of taste, first boil the potatoes and keep them in the fridge for 4-5 hours without peeling them. After the potatoes are well cooled in the fridge, it becomes easy to make koftas. After the fixed time, take out the potatoes from the fridge and grate them. After this, crush the paneer as well and put potatoes and paneer in a utensil and mash them together well. Now add flour to it and mix it properly.
Now cut cashew nuts, raisins into small pieces and add one spoon of sugar to it. Now make round balls of the potato-paneer mixture and stuff dry fruits inside them. After this, put oil in the pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add the kofta balls and fry them on medium heat. Fry the koftas till they become light golden and then keep them aside in a bowl.

Now start the process of making gravy. For this, fry tomato paste, ginger paste and onion in another pan. After some time add cashew paste to it and add 2-3 spoons of hot milk. After cooking the gravy for some time, add all the dry spices and kasoori methi and mix it. When the gravy starts leaving oil, add half a glass of water to it and let the gravy cook while stirring with a spoon.

When the gravy starts thickening, add cream or cream to it and let it cook after adding 1 tablespoon of sugar. When the gravy is cooked well and starts leaving the sides of the pan, put the pre-fried koftas in it. Marinate them well and cook the vegetable for 1 more minute, after that turn off the gas. Tasty Malai Kofta is ready. Serve it with roti or paratha.
