Ingredients to make Malai Paratha
Milk cream – 1 cup
Flour – 1 bowl
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar powder – as per taste
Desi ghee – as required
Salt – 1 pinch

Malai Paratha Recipe
To make Malai Paratha full of taste, first of all put flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to it and mix. Now add water little by little to the flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough until it becomes soft. After this take a bowl and put cream in it. Now add powdered sugar to the cream and with the help of a spoon mix both of them properly.

Now take a ball of dough and roll it round by keeping it on a flat surface. When the dough becomes a little big, put the cream-sugar mixture in it with the help of a spoon and close it from all sides. After this, roll the Malai Paratha with light hands.

Now put a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. After the griddle is hot, put some ghee on it and spread it all around. After this put the paratha on the griddle and roast it.
