During discussion with Local 18, Ajay Rathore, director of Vaishnav Restaurant, said that this restaurant was started by our grandfather in the year 1975. Today it has been almost 50 years for us. While doing this business. We are getting good support from the public as a result of which our Dada Ji name is being used by us even today.
There is a crowd of customers from morning till night
Director Ajay Rathore says that our restaurant starts from 10 am in the morning and the patronage continues till late night. Many Dal Baffle restaurants are operating at the bus stand of Shajapur but our Vaishnav restaurant is famous. This restaurant has carved a niche for itself among the rural people of Shajapur city and surrounding areas, as a result of which this restaurant is bustling with customers throughout the year.

While discussing with Local 18, Director Ajay Rathore said that the restaurant is fine, but if guests come to someone’s house, then many times they are also sent food from our restaurant. Director Ajay Rathore tells that you can taste Dal Bafla with ghee for just Rs 50 and you can fill your stomach without ghee i.e. plain Bafla for just Rs 40.
