Former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and MLA from Patparganj Assembly Manish Sisodia has got permission from the court to release funds for various development works in his assembly. This permission has been given by the court of Special Judge Kaberi Baveja. Manish Sisodia had sought permission from the court to release three crore rupees from the MLA fund for various development works in Khichdipur village, East Vinod Nagar, Residential Colony Khichdipur, Railway Colony and Mandavali. After getting permission to release funds from the court, other works including open space in Khichdipur, beautification of Swati Park in West Vinod Nagar, entrance gate at Mayur Vihar Phase 2 and Firni Mor will be completed soon.
Former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi and MLA from Patparganj Manish Sisodia had filed a petition in the court for various development works in his constituency. This petition was filed in the court of Special Judge Kaberi Baveja. All the cases related to the excise matter are being heard in this court. Manish Sisodia had sought permission from the court to release money from the MLA fund for various development works in his constituency.
At present, three crore rupees are to be spent on various development works in Khichdipur village, East Vinod Nagar, Residential Colony Khichdipur, Railway Colony and Mandavali. Judge Kaberi Baveja’s court accepted Manish Sisodia’s request and has given permission to release three crore rupees from the MLA fund. After getting permission from the court, the money will be released soon and the development work will be completed at a fast pace.
With this three crore rupees received from Manish Sisodia’s MLA fund, a transfer shifting work will be done in West Vinod Nagar. Apart from this, beautification of open space in seven blocks of Khichdipur, development of park in Mayur Vihar Phase 2, entrance gate in Pocket A and Firni Mor Khichdipur of Mayur Vihar Phase 2, boundary wall and grill in Pocket-4 of Mayur Vihar Phase 1, beautification of Swati Park in West Vinod Nagar will also be done.
