Many iPhone users in the country are facing problems like call drop and quick battery discharge these days. They say that these problems are occurring after updating to iOS 18. Last month, LocalCircles conducted a survey, in which it was revealed that many users are not happy with iOS 18. Even after upgrading iOS 18 to 18.1 and 18.2, the problems remain the same. Let us know about this in detail.
45,000 people took part in the survey
The survey revealed that 6 out of 10 iPhone users have reported call drops and network related problems. Due to these reasons the iPhoneโs battery is also discharging quickly. 45,000 people were included in this survey. From this it can be estimated that a large number of iPhone users are facing problems. Most of the users have said that this is happening to them after the iOS 18 update. However, it is worth noting that these problems are occurring more with those users who are using the beta version of iOS 18. There are more flaws in this version.
Problem facing WhatsApp and Signal also
Many users included in the survey said that connectivity problems are also occurring on apps like WhatsApp and Signal. Thatโs why it is becoming difficult to make calls from them. There has been no comment from Apple regarding this, but it is expected that the solution to all these problems can be introduced in the upcoming update.
Government had issued high-risk security warning
A high-risk security warning was issued for Apple devices on Wednesday by the governmentโs IT Ministry. It was said that there is a risk of cyber attack on devices running on out-of-date versions. Therefore there is a need to update your device regularly.
