Masala Buttermilk Recipe
Masala Chaas is a very healthy drink for the summer season. To make this, first break the mint leaves, green coriander leaves and separate their thick stalks. After this cut green chilies. Now put mint leaves, green coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, half cup curd, cumin powder and black salt in the mixer jar and grind them till smooth. After adding curd, there will be no need to add extra water to the mixer.

After the smooth paste is ready, take it out in a big utensil and add the remaining one and a half cup curd, plain salt as per taste and about two and a half cups cold water. After this, churn the curd well with the help of a churner. It has to be churned fast for about 2 to 3 minutes so that the curd gets completely converted into buttermilk and the buttermilk becomes very frothy. After this, pour the prepared buttermilk in a serving glass. If you want, you can also put one ice cube in the buttermilk so that the buttermilk will feel very cold while drinking it.
